No training today, as its my heavy sleep day, but i do have some insightful information for all the guys who have an excuse for any reason as to why they cant obtain thier goals... here ya go, and here is some big booty motivation for you slackers, including myself

I have been strength and conditioning training for 6 years now. I was a prior superfat kid, weighing in at my worst 315 lbs of pure unaduldtered fat. For the last several years ive strength trained and dieted properly to work down to my best of 203lbs(while on active duty), ultimatly obtaining my goal of Joining the United States Army. I am an amatuer author and have had articles published by Nationally reknown websites such as EliteFTS.com and Criticalbench.com.
