- Thank you for visiting my clients training log, I hope you enjoy what you see! I have been strength and conditioning training for 6 years now. I was a prior superfat kid, weighing in at my worst 315 lbs of pure unaduldtered fat. For the last several years ive strength trained and dieted properly to work down to my best of 203lbs(while on active duty), ultimatly obtaining my goal of Joining the United States Army.
