ME UP for 2/5

Started out with a nice sandwich and a big glass of coke @ the local deli, which was scrumdidlyumshous. Then we head down south, where ryan realizes he left his keys for the gym at the house. Luckily elliot was right around the corner.. no big deal. So we start with the boards again. gonna stick with this two more weeks then go back to full range. did seta of 3-5 this week, next week we'll do singles again.

Today i did some conditioning. started with a 10 min dynamic warm up, then did sled drags... all ranging about 25-30 yard drags
2X160 lb tire
2X120 lb tire
2X100 lb tire
4X unweighted tire

Tomorrow were goin to OBB to lift and hang out with Brian Schwab. Ill tell you how it is.

I wish I had bad knees, so i didnt have to squat.
