Whats a blog?

First of all, this is posted just for my own personal records, and be able to store it online. For anyone who happens to stumble across this, keep moving. I'm a sarcastic ass and you probably wont enjoy my retarded writtings. Im using this not only to track my training progress but to track my mood, via my stupid comments jokes and oppinons.

Got back on the Horse today after letting my progress slip for the past 3 weeks. I have a short term goal to be at 245lbs by the first of the year ( im 266 as ot today after my workout) and a long term goal of being at 220 and put up a 405X1 rep max on the bench by Feb 28, 2008. I know i know, i used the douche bag "bench reference" but thats what im strong at and I measure my progress in strength by that and DL. Today my diet consisted of:

oatmeal bar/35g Protien shake
chicken sandwich/apple/unsweet tea
handfull of dry roasted peanuts(pre train)
Protien shake/handful of dry roasted peanuts(post workout)
Chicken breast/random vegies

Training:
Flat bench
135X10
185X5
225X5
275X3
315X2

incline dumbell press
65X10
80X5
85X5
90X5

Widegrip machine press
140X10
180X5
220X5
270X5
320X5

cable tricep press down
3 sets 10-12reps all plates on machine

dip machine
3 sets 12-15 reps 180 lbs on rack

was a pretty tough day. lots of sets, but it was go0d.
